Blue Monday's Jazz Jam Session 7:00pm-11:00pm and doors open at 5:00pm. Admission fee is $5.00 for musicians and $10.00 for customers. FREE ADMISSION for musical students.

House band members are Keith Saunders, piano; Calvin Keys, guitar, Melvin Butts, saxophone, Hashima, bass; Leon Joyce, Jr., drums and in Loving Memory Khalil Shaheed.

Just noticing that the Monday Night Jazz Jam Session still has Khalil Shaheed listed as part of the house band. It made me smile, then get teary. Khalil Shaheed's Monday Night Jam Sessions were already legendary, as were his Oaktown sessions. Just about anything he did. It's so difficult to keep these websites up, especially when you do not really want to change them. Just wanted to share my thoughts on seeing this.
